I loooove jumbo sticks like these. I have 3 shades so far and I intend to buy them all haha! The pigment is awesome, they set to a creamy looking finish but last very very long. It's so easy to grab the black and blend it into a 5 min smokey eye!
I WILL HAVE EVERY SHADE
Using these under any color eyeshadow makes such a difference. You would not believe how many times I was going for a color that i just didn't have in my eyeshadow palettes and O sweet darling, the right color jumbo pencil will take a color eyeshadow and turn it into something spectacular when used as a base! Must haves! Yes!
Excellent under bright shadows
This pencil works wonderfully under bright shadows to make the colors really stand out and remain more true. The best part is, unlike many white pencils like this, this is not a frosted or sparkly shade but almost matte.
I do recommend using a primer under this as it can crease without one.

AMAZING BASE!
I love the jumbo eye pencils especially milk. They are creamy and very easy to work with. I love using them as a base for really bright shadows, they make the color stick on and not budge at all. But beware they crease, badly without a primer. Just be sure to use a primer under them and you're good to go! Awesome product NYX! :)
Beautiful pigmentation, but still susceptible to creasing
I have these in Yogurt, Cashmere, Pots & Pans, Milk, Black Bean, and Cottage Cheese. All of them are beautifully pigmented, except Cashmere and Pots & Pans, which come up a bit sheer.
I've seen gurus use these as an eyeshadow primer, which I tried before, but it is NOT a good idea for oily lids. Within a few minutes, all of my eye makeup creased. So I used an eye primer under the jumbo pencils, and it also creased within in hour.
All in all, these are great for people with non-super oily lids, unlike mine.
So useful!
I love these! I own almost every color and use them as bases for my eyeshadows to make my shadows really stick and pop! I love how I can change the colors of my eyeshadows by using different colored Jumbo Pencils underneath-- Milk makes my colors bold and bright, Black Bean makes them sultry and smokey, etc. I also use them when doing costume makeup--Pots and Pans made an excellent silver base for my Terminator look! The only cons I have for these are that they will crease significantly if you don't use a primer underneath. Other than that, they last all day and make your eyeshadows really stand out!
A quick tip: Ulta sells a sharpener that works excellently for them.
Creamy and useful
This product is what made me fall in love with NYX's products. Very useful, as a primer, as a mixable shadow and I'm sure it has other uses as well. I also have it in black bean, which I don't use as much but apply with an angled brush along my lash line. The only complaint I have would have to be with the largeness of the stick it comes in. I didn't have a sharpener that would work with it, so I had to resort to a sharp knife and whittling, which I suppose is fine, but a little inconvenient. I've read some people melted it in the microwave and poured it into a pot, but I am not really willing to possibly ruin my appliances this way nor do I have anything suitable to put it in, so whittling was my choice. I heard you can buy a sharpener from NYX that fits it, but I digress. The product is very creamy and I found myself using it quite a bit when I needed to lighten a shadow along the brow bone. I would totally recommend it, and if you can, try and find the sharpener they sell as well. It would have saved me a lot of time if I had thought to buy one.
