I really like this product, it stays on for a long time and theres two different colours to use depending on your look for the day. The gel is alright but most of the time I don't bother to use it. I definitely prefer the powder to using pencil, it's not as harsh looking especially since I use a darker colour. The price is also really great.
my lil gem.
So I hate coloring in my eyebrows. I don’t know if its cause I suck at doing it or if it's because the product just sucks itself. I'm thinking it’s the product that sucks because this lil cheap bastard is a gem. I have to admit, the color is a little off. I have pretty dark brown hair and I have to use blonde, I'm sorry but WTF. It's not a big deal what so ever because you can clearly tell when looking at the package that color is wrong. I mean it's not, like deceiving in the way that it looks one shade and then turns into a totally differ shade after being applied. All in all I think this product is pretty effin amazing for being only $6.00 ($2.50 @ ULTA w/ coupon)
Great for an easy, natural brow.
I'm really liking this product. You get two powder shades to mix or use individually and wax to set. If you want a lighter, more natural look, you can just use the powder. For a more defined, darker brow, set with the wax.
I got this pretty cheap at an Ulta. The spoolie is fairly worthless, but the brush works fine in a pinch.
I like this product. Very Small & Compact. It's not very pigmented but, that's okay with me because I like my brows to look very natural. I fill them in and set them with the brow wax and it works perfectly fine with me.
I like that my brows don't look as sharp. It looks slightly more natural and I can go as thick as I want. The powder grabs onto the little bits of hair that I do have quite nicely, but it still looks funny on the areas lacking hair. I would purchase again, but I don't like that it doesn't last as long as I'd hoped.
Cheap & It works !
- Cheap
- Small packaging, so you can bring it with you!
- Not highly pigmented, but sorry, when it's for your brows you don't need a specially pigmented product ... Or you'll end like Bozo the Clown!!
- You also have a little beat of wax, so you don't need to bring a brow gel with you!!
Summary: Great products if you're searching for a cheap, small brow kit. Great for people who travels a lot!
Works for me!
This has everything - wax, powder and applicators - at such an affordable price. I don't use the spool or brush, but the powder itself is great. Good staying power and I could play around with two different shades.
The wax isn't something to shout about - I prefer using a wee bit of Vaseline instead, but it still works especially if you pop this into your handbag for touch-ups on the go.
I wanted a brow kit to go in my little clutch so when I get ready quicky I have a mini brush and shadow, but honestly, I rather take my big eyeliner brush and eyeshadow palette because these powders are not that pigmented. I find myself putting more and more, and more, because the pay off isn't good.
I think what makes this product really great is the price, it's difficult to find inexpensive brow wax with/out the powder. I feel like my brows won't fall out of place within hours of placing the wax on. I use the lighter brown to fill in my brows and it's really the perfect shade. The colors are nicely pigmented that I also make the powders multipurpose i.e. to set my brown cream eyeliner or brown pencil eyeliner on the waterline.
Ugh, not for me.
Both powders in my little palette were rock solid and not pigmented whatsoever. I saw reviews on this on YT so I wanted to try it out, but I hated it. I didn't use it after two tries. The only reason I keep it around is for the wax, which I barely use in the first place. I think this is a waste of money. I'm going to stick to eyebrow pencils or even just brown eyeshadow.
