Not for me

I bought taupe but it is not the right color for me, it is definitely not a taupe color. It is a light, really warm brown color that is orange-toned. This would look good on people with reddish hair but it is not a taupe color! Also I find it hard to work precisely with the product because it is not as hard and sharp as a regular brow pencil. But for beginners it would do fine.

Perfect for well-groomed brows in a flash.

I like to keep my eyebrows well groomed because as the saying goes; ‘eyebrows frame your face’, notably your peepers, which are claimed to be ‘the windows to your sole’. Well-shaped brows will furthermore balance the rest of your facial features. Although my own brows are along way from being ‘well-shaped’, they have come a long way since the days of plucking the living daylights out of them! Now, more than ever, whilst they are growing, I rely on my trusty eyebrow pencil to fill in my sparse brows, depending on the waxy consistency to better mould the shape and hold the hairs in neatly in place. The attached brush on the flip side, maintains the tidy appearance, guaranteeing my brows retain that permanent ‘wow’ factor’. Something worth noting, is this dark brown shade is, as a matter of fact, a pretty accurate match, comparable to my light-medium brown coloured brows, so beware that the highly saturated colour, is lighter than expected, therefore you may need a darker hue than normal.

I re-purchase it!

I have pretty full and dark eyebrow, I use eyebrow pencil to lighten the eyebrow shade, black to dark brown. This NYX Retractable Eyebrow Pencil is super easy to use, give enough color to eyebrow, cover the missing spot naturally and brush is useful too. This is my second time punching this pencil, that means a lot!

I bought this from cherry culture a couple years ago and I am beginning to think I got a defected pencil since the reviews below really love this product. The shade I bought was a little too light for my eyebrows but it is also very dry and hard to apply. I might have received a bad batch thought.

Good consistency, it goes on very smoothly, long lasting. All I wanted in an eyebrow pencil. I'm a noob when it comes to eyebrow pencils but this is perfect. You really can't go wrong with this. Plus, it's dirt cheap.

This is such a convenient product I have purchased it multiple times. The only thing that stops this from me giving this 5 stars is the fact the product is easily breakable. The brush part pops off easily and the actually color stick can break pretty easy as well.

The Perfect Brow Tool

I love this brow pencil! This product from NYX is the best brow pencil I've used, and I've used them ALL.

What I love about the design is that it is retractable. So, no messy pencil shavings or smeared and wasted product. The brown has a soft red tint, which is perfect to keep the color warm instead of harsh umber like many darker brow colors.

Also, the opposite brush end is the right mix of stiff and soft. It's soft enough not to scrape the skin, but stiff enough to tame thicker brows like mine.

I really love the length and design.

The color goes on smooth, blends nicely, and is extremely smug resistent. Definitely well worth the price!

totally lovin the chestnut brown color for my brows. This is a great product for a great price. the twist applicator is MUCH nicer than the pencil version you get at Spehora, and the brush bristles are the right balance between stiff and soft. Totally recommend this product
