This really didn't really work for me. They demo it on flat surfaces (like your arm), but it's useless across bony areas (like your knees and shins). No help at all!

The name says it all.

I bought this the week it launched and returned it 3 weeks later. Like the smell of burnt hair? then this is the product for you! Complete crap. After I perfected the speed this device needs to travel, I still had to buff, shave or wax. UGG. total waste of time and money. Buy a Tria.

Was it really that bad? I've been thinking of trying it ... but not sure if its worth the money.

DON'T. DO. IT!! Sephora discontinued selling it. You have to grow your hair out (like waxing length) to use this and you have to go at a certain speed or it will not work.

The laser burns you hair (have you ever smelled burnt hair?) and then what??!! You have 2 legs full of burnt hair, so you then have to wax or shave it off. It takes a long time to do it too. Plus, you have to purchase new laser heads and buffing pads.

I am saving up for the tria ($500). You do not need to purchase anything extra and it works. Granted, you have to use it and shave too, just like the No No but at least you don't smell of Eau du Burnt Hair.

I would have given this zero stars if I could. It was the worst tool that I have used. Ever.

Oh wow! Thanks so much for letting me know. Sounds horrible ... I was considering the Tria too, but some of the reviews on the site put me off. Why can't someone just create a permanent hair removal process thats affordable and that actually works?
