Liquif Eye is better than any drugstore liners (that I have tried), in that it is super soft and creamy. No going over and over again to make it darker. It deposits lots of product with just a light touch. It's easy-to-glide-on (no tugging). It's blacker and smoother than UD 24/7 (Zero). My eyelids are not oily, and I use top quality eye primers so I do see that smudging is very minimal. I love it's long-wearing power. For the price, you can't beat it. It's really an all-around fantastic eyeliner... period.

I am totally in love with my brown Milani eye liner! I plan on buying at least the black one. I love using these on my waterline, but I like it even more for using as a base for a brown or black smokey eye. It is so creamy and just glides right on. I couldn't ask for a better eye liner! Almost better than my MAC kohl liner!

These are AMAZINGGG!!!

I absolutely love these. They are my favorite pencil eyeliners for sure! They are so soft, so creamy, so so so pigmented, and do not tug on my eyes at all while applying. I love the way these apply, I don't have to go over the line a million times to get the color to show up like other liners, all I do is swipe it across once and I'm good to go! I have all five of these and I love each one just as much as the other.. all I have to say is you need these in your makeup collection!!!

Amazing for being a Drugstore Brand!

I have this eyeliner in Black, Silver, Aqua, & Brown. I LOVE THEM! They are super pigmented and creamy. For being drugstore these are pretty great! They glide on so smoothly. They definitely don't tug on the lids when you apply them. For those who don't want to spend a lot of money of the UD 24/7 Pencils these would be great for you. Because they are creamy you can use them as a base too. I love using the Silver in the inner corner to make my eyes really pop! These have great lasting power. I didn't get raccoon eyes at the end of the day after using them. Once you let them set, the liner won't go anywhere until you remove it. If you are going to use this eyeliner for smudging, you have to work fast because like I said, once it sets its not going anywhere.

Cons - Because they are creamy the tip can break easily so you need to use these with a light hand. You will have to sharpen the pencil every time you plan on using them because they get dull after 2 uses. Milani only has 5 colors to chose from. Wish they had more colors. They don't stay on the waterline as long as I would love them too, but then again, I haven't found one that does.

Am I the only one that is not impressed by this eyeliner?? It's not opaque, doesn't stay and I've tried the letting it set, lining and reapplying and all the other tips to make it work. Ugh, Not impressed at all!

Best smudge-proof liner out there

Hands down the best eyeliner around. I have tried them all...UD 24/7, MUFE, and this one takes the cake. It lasts all day and is totally smudge proof. Lasts all day in the waterline. I have them in all the colors and I would totally recommend this to everyone looking for a great, stay all day liner

Best bang for your buck!

this is the best eyeliner, hands down! i have urban decay, MUFE, chanel, giorgio armani... none of them have the creaminess, lasting power, and pigmentation like this pencil. this is definitely the blackest pencil i have and it does not smudge. i have asian eyes and oily lids, so it's really important for me to get pencils that don't smudge, and this is it! i highly recommend it for anyone!

the only semi-con is that even when i use makeup remover, it STILL doesn't come off. ha, guess that proves my point of how much it lasts :)

Amazing liner! It has a very creamy consistency which makes for smooth application. I have the aqua and gold and they are very pigmented and best of all the liner sets and seals perfectly so there's no running or smudging. This is truly the best eyeliner I've come across in terms of consistency, pigmentation and longevity.

Could there be any better pencil?!

This liner is just amazing. I can put it in my waterline and at the end of the day most of it is still there. You have to let it set 30sec after applying, but its worth the wait. its so creamy and smooth when applying. i suggest when you sharpen it to make it easier, leave it in the freezer for a while, then sharpen (its less messy that way). after it sets though wow no smudging no running its just a dream come true. and for a college kid, paying $6 to $7 is the best. try it out for yourself, maybe you'll fall in love with it too!

WORLDS BEST EYELINER!

i have this in black and silver, and i plan on buying it in all the rest of the shades. this liner does not budge, smear, or run! i put more use to this than my stila, Urban, smashbox, and Tarte liners! i refuse to spend all that money when i can go to my local drugstore and buy this one for like 6-7 bucks!
