Awesome!

I've been meaning to try out a gel liner for the longest time and heard amazing reviews about this product so I decided to give it a go. I use it on my bottom waterline and it stays put throughout the entire day (It's really the only thing that every stayed)! I'm using Blackest Black and it's become my staple eyeliner. Such a great product and very affordable. You will need an oil based remover to clean it off though. All in all I love it! Highly recommended product if you're having issues getting your eyeliner to stay on the waterline!

As good as MAC

The price is awesome for this product and it's almost an exact dupe for the MAC version, for so much cheaper (hello! love that!). The brush it comes with is awesome in my opinion, I love it. Just make sure to clean it well after every use. This liner doesn't budge for me throughout the day and even stays after I've jumped into the water. Great deal! Super for starters as well. One of my daily go-to's.

I started using this product some time last year and It's the only eyeliner I'll use now. It's long lasting and has a great colour. I also love the brush as it makes the eyeliner more precise. I would recommend it to anyone. My favourite shade is Blackest Black.

For the price, it's good

This is my first gel liner. I use the brush it came with for other things (eh art project anyone?) and I apply the liner with an angled brush. It glides on nice and the staying power is good too. I only line my upper lash line with this as I find lining my lower lash line to be harder. Maybe that's just me, but I like to line that with my revlon colorstay liner. I wish this would stay on my waterline!

It goes on gorgeously, and precisely and has great colour. Can be smudged if so desired when wet... and supposedly not once it has dried.
Fair enough, it worked really well the first time I used it, but didn't have it on for long then.
Second time I ended up with a dramatic raccoon eye, but I thought that was due to laughing too much (...). Third time I wore it to work, in a lovely winged top-only style. Half way through my shift my wings have flown, leaving a flurry of eye liner in no particular shape around the outer corners of my eyes. But hey, I get to keep the brush...

This was my first gel liner and I still use it. This is a long lasting liner. It doesn't smudge and is moth to apply. I can say I am not a fan of the brush, use an angled liner brush and clean the brush after every use.

Really dark color and easy to use. Not great for oily lids.

The liner itself comes in a little pot with a screw on cap. It's marketed as a 'gel' liner but the formulation is more like a cream liner. What's the difference? Gel liners tend to be more fluid and apply wetter and dry glossier. Cream liners on the other hand, are slightly dryer but creamier in formulation, and dry more matte (typically). (Do I really know what I’m talking about? Heck no, I’ve come to that conclusion off observation; cream or gel they could very well be the same thing.)

I really do like Maybelline’s Lasting Drama gel eyeliner and even the crummy brush it came with. Application is easy and the finish is dark and matte. I definitely love the finish of this over other glossy liquid eye liners. My main issue is that this liner smudges too easily. Even after a few minutes it’s still extremely prone to smudging. Since this liner doesn’t set or dry, combined with my oily eyelids, Maybelline’s Lasting Drama eyeliner stays put for 4 maybe 5 hours max.

Overall, I will still continue to use this product but I will likely not repurchase. Maybe I got a dud. Let me know what you think if you’ve tried this liner!

My little sister uses this for dancing and performing, so its easy to use and stays on for long. It doesn't smudge and it has great precision for someone with little experience with cosmetics and the application of them. i suggest this product to anyone who is a performer and needs a fail-proof eyeliner that's easy to use and also reasonably priced!

A really good eyeliner!

I loved this product! The texture is smooth, it's long lasting and is easy to put on. The only bad part is that you have to clean the brush after every time you use it or the brush will get stiff with all the product dried on it, but otherwise it's a great product and perfect for creating both casual and really dramatic looks.

Tip: use it on your waterline, this doen't smudge as fast as normal eye pencils :)
