Expert Wear Brow & Eye Liner

This is one of my all time favorite eye liner for the waterline, i really love how it makes my eyes look darker and is easy to apply. The texture of it is very good and i a great product when you want to create smokey eyes...

The black liner is awesome!! Its a rich black but it isnt waterproof so careful when placing at the waterline its best to smudge it and set with powder...but a great black liner..especially if you dont have UD pencil in zero or MAC feline eye kohl!
