Takes a few good coats

I purchased Bold Gold, Wine and Dine, and the Cracked black polish. The winner of those was Bold Gold, which was a perfect gold color that applied well and looked vibrant on the nails. Wine and Dine was a close second, but took at least two coats or more to look solid. A little streaky as well. Unfortunately the Cracked black polish was a POS to put it nicely. Used it over a painted nail and it just made it black. Chunked it in the trash after a couple more tries with different polish and then no polish at all. Even put acetone in it as a last ditch effort and it STILL didn't work. So I'd say there is a huge variance between the different shades and its a gamble. They dry quickly. A cheap alternative, but you get what you pay for.

Not worth it!

I bought this in Navy Narcissist and I wish I hadn't. It dried way too fast! I couldn't get a 2nd stroke on top of the one I had without it get clumpy like it does when it's starting to dry. I wanted to use it for an event I was going to and after trying to do both my hands just gave up and after realizing that a 2nd coat wouldn't fix it went to the nail salon.

It's okay.

I received the entire collection as a gift, and it was okay.. but it needs improvement. My favorite shades are Shocking Seas (which isn't listed on here) and Tenacious Teal. Anyway, the formula is thin, so it takes a few coats to achieve full coverage. However, the colors are pretty. I just wish it lasted longer than a few days before it chips. Aside from that, the crackle polishes barely do anything. It cracks a bit here and there, but nothing too exciting.

Great colors Great price!

I loved the color range and the price was somewhat fair depending on where I shopped for these. The color didn't last but maybe 4 days though and that was disappointing for me. I have a teal and a purple. The teal is called GREEN WITH ENVY!!! not tenacious teal someone needs to correct that!!!

Pretty good

I love the formula but it took a long time to take off. But for a drugstore polish it was very good, but depending on the color you have to do more than one coat. But then of course it takes longer to take off.

I was so excited to try this product and it was a huge let down! Its really runny and very streaky. I also got the maybelline polish similar to crackle and it did nothing! I was very dissapointed!

Chips very easy, Streaky

I really adored the color Iced Queen. It's a blue based purple almost lavender which is super pretty, but the product its self is super runny and goes on really streaky. It also chips very quickly, and by the end of the day, is almost totally off. Please keep in mind, I work in the kitchen a lot and have a lot of cleaning solutions which I wear gloves when dealing with. I also put this on my real nails, and I think fake nails vs real nails makes a lot of difference when it comes to lacquer. I thought the price was reasonable, but then I noticed there really isn't much product in it, and after 5 uses, it is almost half way gone.
I really enjoy the colors Maybelline as to offer, and the price isn't bad.
Over-all this is not a product I would return too.

Lovely, but takes extra coats

I actually ended up really liking this nail color! I was apprehensive about it at first because since I bought it at a drug store, I wasn't expecting anything too fancy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the polish stayed on my toes! The color is lovely, there so far haven't been any chips, and it looks great! I will say, however, that it did take a couple of coats for the color to really shine through which is why I didn't give it five stars, but other than that I think it's a great nail polish.
