FOR BEST RESULTS
First apply a clear base coat to help your nail color last longer. With one sweep, paint the first line of nail polish starting from the base to the tip. Then apply color to the rest of the nail.
For Shredded shades, pick your favorite Color Show nail color as a base and apply. Wait for nails to dry completely. Apply one coat of Color Show Shredded nail color and watch it shred!
Cheap price and it shows..
Was looking for something bright so I saw this orange and then saw it was only 2.99 at target so I had to grab it. First impressions on bottle was nice and compact. Then when I got home I applied my usual base coat and ended up needing 3 heavy coats of the color for any good color pay off.. It also dried matte so I had to grab my shiniest top coat to make them look even decent. I'm going to try them tomorrow at work and see how they do but I feel like already it's way too many coats and too much polish and might be taking this off sooner then later.. Boo was hoping this was going to be a good find. :-/ did dry pretty fast tho
Vintage Leather- Antique Teal
First time ever using a Maybelline nail color and I'm quite impressed. The Vintage Leather collection dries down to matte finish and dries quickly. After one coat its quite opaque. I applied two then a clear coat. For $3.99 a bottle I will definitely pick up more shades from this line.Love, love, love!!
Worth the money!
I was desperate for a black and saw this brand so i thought i would give it a go and i am very glad i did. A lot of people say this nail varnish needs lots of coats, i didn't have this problem but it might of been because i had black? I think for how much you pay, its perfectly fine. Would recommend this to a friend!

I dont know why most girls dont like it. I am in love with these polishes. They last for about 4 days without chipping and with top or base coat 5 - 6 days. I think thats amazing for the price as well. I also think that if you dont feel like putting two coats you can get away with one. The only thing is that I think they should come out with more original colors even do I love the ones that are already out. I own 6 colors but I want to pick up some more as well ;)
Takes a few good coats
I purchased Bold Gold, Wine and Dine, and the Cracked black polish. The winner of those was Bold Gold, which was a perfect gold color that applied well and looked vibrant on the nails. Wine and Dine was a close second, but took at least two coats or more to look solid. A little streaky as well. Unfortunately the Cracked black polish was a POS to put it nicely. Used it over a painted nail and it just made it black. Chunked it in the trash after a couple more tries with different polish and then no polish at all. Even put acetone in it as a last ditch effort and it STILL didn't work. So I'd say there is a huge variance between the different shades and its a gamble. They dry quickly. A cheap alternative, but you get what you pay for.
Not worth it!
I bought this in Navy Narcissist and I wish I hadn't. It dried way too fast! I couldn't get a 2nd stroke on top of the one I had without it get clumpy like it does when it's starting to dry. I wanted to use it for an event I was going to and after trying to do both my hands just gave up and after realizing that a 2nd coat wouldn't fix it went to the nail salon.
I received the entire collection as a gift, and it was okay.. but it needs improvement. My favorite shades are Shocking Seas (which isn't listed on here) and Tenacious Teal. Anyway, the formula is thin, so it takes a few coats to achieve full coverage. However, the colors are pretty. I just wish it lasted longer than a few days before it chips. Aside from that, the crackle polishes barely do anything. It cracks a bit here and there, but nothing too exciting.
