Beautiful On The Lips!
It does what it says! It is a creamy formula & it stays on the lips all day. You can apply it all over the lips and you are good to go!

Awesome
Works great with a lipstick you have no lip liner for. No feathering after hours if wear. I wear bright to dark colors and everything in between and this liner is colorless and seals it all in with no bleeding .
