Truly an HD product
I used this foundation for over a year straight. It leaves such a smooth flawless finish and does NOT settle into my pores. It lasts all day and hides any shine. I've found that it provides an even better finish (if that's even possible!) when paired with the HD primer (transparent). The only reason I stopped using this was because I wanted to compare it to other foundations. There really is no match to it, although the closest I've found has been NARS Sheer Glow foundation.
theeee best!
the best foundation i've used. doesnt make me feel cakey, and gives great coverage! i love taking pictures wearing this because it doesnt look splotchy like some other foundations.. also, a little goes a long way!
Great Product All Around
After reading all the hype about this foundation, I knew I had to try it. It took me a while to finally give in and get it though, since I already had two foundations that I love. I'm glad I did though because this stuff is awesome!
The application is incredibly smooth, and a little goes a really long way! I generally only use around half a pump to one full pump, depending on how much coverage I want. Although it is not a full coverage foundation, it is definitely buildable; I recommend to only build it up where you need it. It looks flawless once on. The lasting power is very good as well--mine lasted around 9 hours before it began to fade.
The only reason this is not my everyday foundation is because I actually prefer some of my flaws to show through during an everyday situation. I'm just weird like that, I suppose. Otherwise, this would be my HG foundation, for sure!
Great Foundation
This is the only traditional foundation is use on my brides and on photoshoots. It photographs flawlessly and provides great coverage. It's light-weight and smooth on the skin and blends seamlessly. No cakey mask face here! If you want airbrushed looking makeup in photos without an airbrush, definately get this product! It's well worth the money!
I love Make Up For Ever's foundations. I was using the Mat Velvet line before this HD foundation came out. Now, I switch off between this foundation and my Temptu as they both give an airbrushed finish. It is very light weight considering the full coverage it provides which means that I don't need much concealer.
light weight and blends very well. does not dry up fast so you can take your time with this. A little goes a long way. I would have to say though that if you want to take this with you when to travel pack it very tight. I took it with me and the product leaked out and made a mess in my makeup bag everywhere. Wasted a lot of product and had to secure the pump back on really tight. Another thing I dont like about it is that it emphasizes my pimples and pores.
this is my HG foundation. I love it. It has medium but buildable coverage. I apply this with my sigma F80 or F82 brush and the coverage is always even and amazing. Goes on smooth and doesn't cake. It's lightweight and lasts! I have oily/combination skin and usually foundations just slide off my face by the end of the day, not this! It's perfect. Everyone keeps telling me how nice my skin looks when I wear this - I feel so guilty because they have no idea I'm wearing foundation!
Best foundation I have ever tried!!
The packaging is simple yet sophisticated. I really enjoy the pump. The product isn't cheap at all but a foundation like this is worth every penny not to mention a very little goes a long way. I have acne scars but you would never know with the flawless coverage this foundation gives. I am amazed each time I use it!

Great Foundation for Photo shoots!
I use this foundation for almost every photo shoot I do and so far, I have no complaints! It photographs beautifully and covers well without looking heavy or cakey! I personally do not wear it because I have oily skin and I need a matte finish, whereas this foundation is satin. But for most other skin types, its perfection! Attached is an unedited photo of a model I did so you can see what I mean!
