The BEST eyeliners!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these eyeliners!! The colors are just so beautiful and bright with the right amount of shimmer (not glitter). They are soft and blendable with no tugging or smudging. I wish I found out about these sooner so I could have had a bigger collection. Right now, I only have Industrial, Undercurrent, Designer Purple, and Petrol Blue. All gorgeous colors!! I love to use these on my lower lashes for a pop of color!
