I got the shade Hue because it was so highly raved about but, I have to say after using it a few times, I don't care for the glaze finish at all. It shows lip imperfections like no other and it's far too sheer.

Gorgeous Colour, Great Feel!
I was determined to get some MAC lipsticks for the weekend, and after much searching found two that I adore. Taupe is the first one (Creme in Your Coffee is the other). This colour is super rich, very intense brown/brick/red shade and is ideal for my skin colour! The texture is great too. It applies smoothly and evenly and does not leave your lips feeling dry and hard. The vanilla scent is also amazing! So chuffed with this lipstick, I could not wait to get home and wipe off the crap I was wearing and replace it with this!! Best one ever and well worth the price!!! :)
Plumful is my 6th MAC lipstick. I've pretty much given up on them until I saw this shade in the Year of the Snake collection. It is definitely the best MAC lipstick I've ever tried. Very pigmented, creamy, and long lasting. If you're afraid to try plummier colors I highly recommend you start with this one, it's not too dark or overwhelming.

- Ruby Woo
I didn't like this color because it actually dried out at first and started to crumble on lips which I thought was really weird. But then I started to apply chapstick first then my ruby woo and it stayed on beautifully the color is truly matte and I love that.
love the Lustres, awesome brand for nude lippies
The only MAC lipsticks I've purchased were nudes (Myth, Brew, 3N [LE], Patisserie [LE]) and corals (Razzledazzler, Lollipop Lovin'-- both LE).
MAC has probably my favourite selection of nude lippies. I opt for Lustre finishes; they don't accentuate dryness, feel creamy, and have a sheen to them. Wear time is as average as it gets for a lipstick.
"Hue" is a fabulous pinky nude that I recommend for fair-skinned ladies like myself-- it's foolproof.
