Must-Have
My favorite eye-shadow. I use this to complete my smokey-eye look, and it serves me well, giving a slightly shimmery effect to my eyelids. Unlike some other MAC shadows, Moth Brown is very smooth, thus ensuring an easy application and even coverage. The formula is blendable, and the color is entrancing. Though supposedly "brown," this shadow is slightly more grey, but with depth of tone...You can see purple and a brown/blue shade in certain lights.
I don't know what I'll do when I run out (I neglected to get a backup!), but this is a holy-grail shadow for me.
Great everyday colour for green or blue eyes! Soft and pretty.
This is a favourite e/s. I use it a lot for bridal work as it really compliments green and blue eyes due to it's slightly orangey hue. It's shimmery without being too much for a more mature eye and it's pigment is really pure so you don't need to apply a lot of product to get a great effect. Works really well on top of Mac Paint Pot Groundwork with Mac eyeshadow Cork in the crease. Also a great colour for Asian Bridal too. I would reccomend using a base with this and all powder eyeshadows to avoid creasing from the warmth of skin. Beautiful colour. 10/10
Amazing!
I am really into brown nuetral eyeshadow, I have a photo with me wearing this eyeshadow. It is by far the best I have ever used! It is smooth, and stays on for ages with a good base. Tottaly recommend to anyone who wants to go a little over the budget with great quality eyeshadow!
Love it!
I love all mac eyeshadows. The pigmentation is always great and they have the largest selection to choose from which is always a good this. I have never been disappointed with MACs eyeshadow..
Great
I like the MAC eyeshadow. Very pigment which is what i like. When i wear there colors its bold and stands out which is what i like. Have a varity of colors.
Nothing else like it!
This is the most gorgeous taupe/silver/brown there is! Since this is a taupe with silver shimmer, it pulls both cool and warm undertones. Therefore, it works with all undertones. For me, it pulls out the warmness in my skin and makes my brown eyes pop! Love pairing this with a bronze or silver shade on the lid.
My perfect brown!
This is a fabulous, warm brown to put in the crease. Pair this color with a gold or bronze and you're good to go! Has little shimmer, but it doesn't show up on the eye. Love using this also in the crease alone for a more natural look. MAC shadows are such a joy to work with!
Fabulous !
I love this eyeshadow! This is great as an inner tear duct highlight to brighten up your eyes and make them look brighter. My only suggestion is that don't over use it because it might just look dusty. So be careful or the amount you put as the lid color.
But other then that, I LOVE it. (:

Holy crap! I love this shadow!!!
I completely missed out on the Barbie Loves Mac collection and when I saw that this color was available again in the Mac By Request collection I knew I had to have it. And, boy am I glad I snagged it as it looks like it has already sold out on the mac website. I even took a leap of faith and bought two of them so I would have a backup. As soon as I put this shade on I knew I was in love. It's a very interesting color. A sort of blueish purple taupe. I'd say it leans more grey than brown but it's just gorgeous. If you can find a way to get your hands on it, DO IT!
I bought this eyeshadow because the packaging was cute actually (loved the Hey! Sailor collection so i bought the bag too). I've already got MAC pigments like this from the last year's summer collection (called 'Surf The Ocean' and one of these four colors looked kind of alike), but the lady at a MAC counter told me it can be used with the pigments. Then i applied Barefoot with that pigments and Tempting (MAC small e/s), it WAS gorgeous & healthy bronze! Barefoot is more yellow & greenish gold than Surf The Ocean (its bronze gold)
