I have tried a lot of lip balms - Chapstick, Nivea, Burt's Bees, Petroleum Jelly. And nothing can compare with Lucas Papaw. It is very effective for dry and chapped lips. I can't believe there is such a product that can appease the awful dryness of my lips but good thing this item is quite popular in reviews that I finally got to try it. One of the very rare items I swear by!

This is amazing, it has so many uses, I can occasionally suffer from eczema in the creases of my arms and applying this to it twice a day helps clear it up in less than a week, is good for hydrating ends of hair, as a lip moisturizer, anything you can think of. Is absolutely amazing and everyone needs a tube.

Skincare staple!

I have an Australian friend at work and she got me hooked on this ointment. It smells really lovely and has so many uses! You can use it as a lip balm, hand cream, in place of something like Polysporin if you have a cut. It feels oily at first but absorbs into skin quickly and doesn't leave you feeling greasy. I only wish it was something easily found in Canada. There really is no other product quite like it. I would compare it to Egyptian Magic but better, especially since it comes in a tube version which is more hygenic than a pot. Love it!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE, MUST HAVE!

This stuff is brilliant!! I apply it before I go to sleep and I wake up with the softest lips! They completely heal any cracked skin or anything on your lips and is just fantastic! Lines on my lips are hardly visible which is lovely for when applying dark lipsticks. It's also lovely to use on cuticles, scratches, bites, wounds... everything! Really love this product! xx

This is one of my favorite products - a handbag essential! This is the best multi-purpose product. I mainly use it to keep my lips lucious....it prevents dry, chapped lips. It also gives the lips a soft shine when applied to make them look great. LOVE!!

It's so cheap I must have about 10 tubes throughout my home, car, office and handbag! It can be used for all the other things Tara L has listed and it's fantastic for insect bites too.

An Australian favorite (it's actually only available there and not in the States) this almost 'magic balm' fixes a myriad of problems! Use it as a lip balm, apply it to sunburn, rashes, chafing, cuts and scrapes, blisters! and actually any ailment that you have! It's been to known to heal scars and has fixed almost any wound I've ever had super fast. It's a aussie cult favorite and is definitely something I stock up on when I'm back in Oz!
