Separates...that's about it
I have always been a big fan of L'Oreal but this one let me down. I have been using L'Oreal's Telescopic Carbon Black in Carbon Black since it came out and felt like trying something new. Well, this one basically just tinted them and separated them but I got absolutely no length, color, or volume really. I tried using it first then using my other one and that works well but using it alone was not that successful.
I switchecd from Maybelline Great Lash to this, and I feel that this product is way better. I love the brush, and that's saying something because I am picky with brushes. I also like the design of the handle; I find it very easy to grip while applying it. This mascara gives me a dramatic, yet natural look without giving me clumpy spider lashes. Wonderful prodcut!!
My Go To
This is a great mascara.
Let me tell you a little story, I have thin, blonde, wispy little lashes and have been searching for something to battle this fact. I didn't want to just make them average I wanted to rock bold bad ass lashes. I've literally tried everything to make this dream come true and I've got to say aside from wearing fake lashes or extensions this mascara is where it is at. I, the girl with wispy, blonde, nothing lashes actually get complimented on them now.
The main reason this works so well for me is because it's buildable so I can get on quite a few coats before it starts looking clumpy.
I was so excited to try this out! It has good reviews and its by L'Oreal which is always a good company. The first 2 coats was good, but because I don't have naturally volume lashes, I need about 4 coats. Well, it went down hill. I didn't realize it was such a wet mascara so it made my lashses really sparse and just didn't do any good for them. If it was a dry formula, I know I would have loved it, since the brush was really nice.
Before trying this mascara i was so much into trying different ones, i guess i had a thing for mascaras, but ever since i tried this one i haven't tried any other. I just love it, love the volume it gives to my eye lashes, it makes them look longer and thicker wish is what i always aim for. Great product! my favorite mascara so far (and i have tried a lot of different ones!).
I love the volume that it gives to my lashes! I have very little lashes to work with but this mascara gives a great full lashes look! There's absolutely no clumps. The only thing I don't like from this mascara is that is has an odor to it.
A lot of people talk about how fantastic this mascara is, so I went and got it. I hated it!! It didn't do a single thing for my lashes. It essentially coated them and made them black. No lengthening, no volume, no anything.
Similar great formula, brush cleaning mechanism, and bad smell
Like all Voluminous mascaras, this one tends to be on the wet side. It does begin to dry out around the second to third week of use. The stopper does wipes off enough mascara from the wand that I’ve never need to clean off the brush save for the tip. I appreciate that I don’t have to waste product. Although the brush does give me volume, I see not enough length to use it alone. I top this mascara off with another one to give length. There is also a very strong smell. If you are sensitive to scents, steer clear of this mascara. I’ve not experienced flaking and it removes quite easily.
I do like this mascara but I have to ask myself why would I regularly purchase this over the standard voluminous formula? I appreciate I don’t have to wipe off of the wand but I can’t write that I love this over the standard form. It’s a nice mascara but I think I would repurchase the standard at a discounted price over this one.
Love the built in suction!
Out of all the mascaras I love L'Oreal products! In the past I used the Original Voluminous lashes and then I was given the Volumious Million lashes to try through a work seminar. Omg... I'm hooked! I would definitely recommend this product! I love the built in suction so when I pull out the wand it isn't messy!
I just love this product
I love this mascara. I've pretty much tried every drug store mascara and this is my favorite! The bristles coat and separate every lash. Its perfect for people with short yet full lashes.
