I tried this shampoo because I do enjoy using L'oreal products and this was also on sale at my local drugstore. This is a product that I used couple of years ago (went through many bottles) and have since then stopped using it.This product has a really nice smell to it and a bottle of this will last you a while. I do find that the shampoo doesn't deliver on everything that it claimed. It doesn't not really make my hair glossy, since my hair is pretty dry at the ends from all the heat tools that I use. I also find that this does not keep your hair smooth like it claims, my hair was still frizzy and the only way I could get rid of that was using a straightening iron on it. Also when the weather is humid this shampoo does nothing to keep it smooth. When I was using this product I had dyed my hair (bleach was involved) and when I was rinsing out this product it made my hair hard and super tangled. This is a good priced product, but I have found better and stopped using this.

I like this shampoo because although it doesn't give a huge amount of shine as it claims it does make your hair feel nice and soft. The smell of this shampoo is very good as well. I would recommend for someone with healthy hair. I feel that its not meant for someone with damaged hair but it can make your hair smell good and soft for someone with health hair.

I really did not like this shampoo. I have very fine hair and it's pretty damaged on the ends. I thought the description really matched my hair-type so I tried it out. When a shampoo advertises that the shampoo is for dry/damaged hair, I should be able to brush my hair after my shower. With this, even with the numerous amounts of detangler I added to my hair, I was not able to brush through my THIN hair. Instead my hair just wanted to tear out of my head. I will never be using this product again.
