Very nice for cat-eyes

I like using an itty bitty paintbrush (purchased from any craft store, cheap) to apply this liner to get my cat-eye liner perfect. I love how it goes on matte, because I've bought liquid eyeliners in the past that were a little too shiny for my taste. This stuff lasts FOREVER, too. Only thing that bugs me a bit is that I have to use several coats to get it perfectly black, so it adds a little extra time to your make up routine.

Pretty good.

I'm a fan of cake liners, I'll admit it. They are just so easy to apply and easy to fix if a mistake has been made. Just don't use them if it;s a rainy day or if you plan on swimming in your make up. Light reflecting? Hmm I dunno about that.
