The texture is in a runny liquid form, that isn't as oily like conventional cleansing oils. This unique formula emulsifies into an emollient milky solution when comes in contact with water. The Cleansing Fluid breaks down and dissolves makeup and sebum effectively, even the most stubborn concealers eg. the ESTEE LAUDER DW Maximum Cover can be a challenge to remove once it settles on the skin.
