This has totally helped my dull, dry, over-processed hair look incredibly shiny & silky. I use this once a week & after I color my hair. It adds tons of shine, & helps hold the color (red fades the fastest). I use the moisturizing shampoo & conditioner as well & so far all the products i've tried have lived up to their promises.
