If you are looking for that perfect red lipstick, look no farther than Illamasqua. They have a nice variety of really gorgeous reds, Sangers being my favorite. Their lipsticks are creamy and ultra-pigmented and wear all day. They can be slightly drying since they are completely matte, but either a gloss on the top of the lipstick or balm underneath can help with this.

Man Alive!

This lipstick requires like 1 swipe for amazing color! Its nice and creamy without a ultra-drying result.
However, because its red, I would always recommend a ultra hydrated, silky smooth base.
I have no cons about this… seriously… can't find any.
Best. Lipstick. Ever.

HOLY COW!

This is the most beautiful lipstick I have ever owed, I absolutely adore it. The colour is out of this world! I have no problem applying it. I love Illamasqua, their products never fail me. EVER!

Pigmented

Very nice shades I haven't gone wrong with one yet. Well pigmented, go on smoothly. However make sure lips are free of dry skin and are moistened and then blotted before applying some of the shades, as some are better matte but are still very dry. Try different ways to keep the shade 100% true but not letting your lips over dry either. Try the extreme colors, so much fun!

My Favourite Lipstick

I went to the launch party of Illamasqua's Human Fundamentalism collection. I already knew that I wanted this shade but it seemed so risky and I was worried that it would be an unwearable look. One of the key artists tried it out on me, using the Debonair pencil first to outline my lips. The results were fabulous and I immediately bought both the pencil and the lipstick. It's such a bold look but if you can pull it off it's totally worth it!

This is the most beautiful dusty light pink color
it's a matte lipstick and it stays on all day.. it goes on with most of the looks that i make, I'm just Obsessed with wanton

it is SO SAD for me to know that this lipstick is discontinued but I'm lucky enough to have 2 backup's of wanton <3

Smooth, intense and vibrant colour!

I love my illamasqua lipstick in 'over! I always get a compliment when I wear it! It's bright! Very Bright! But not in an over powering way! Its really pretty Coral orange with a subtle tinge of Pink. Just amazing and very unusual! I love it! I wear mine to brighten up my mood, works everytime!

Amazing Nude Color!

This color reminds me of Urban Decay's Naked Lipstick...its got more pigmentation however, and is a similar finish to MAC's Amplified Cream. Of course you can get a color from other lines that is similar to UD's Naked, but not all lines are cruelty free, like UD and Illamasqua...this color is a soft nude natural lip color with a hint of a peachy warmth...this color is flattering on light to dark skin tones, and will not make the wearer look deathly pale...these lipsticks arent the cheapest on the market, but deserve a rave for price point to product bc the pigmentation is so amazing you won't run out anytime soon. I use to love the YSL Rouge Volupte, but these are my newest guilty pleasures...I want to get Liv soon.

Illamasqua lipstick are my favorite lippies ever.
Color choice is incredible, you have like 45 shades to choose from. Finish is mostly matte, although they have some creme, shimmery and metallic finishes.
While they are all extremely pigmented and you get an hours of wear, there are some shades which are drier so your lips will need a balm underneath (Corrupt, Brink, Apocalips and Eurydice).
My personal favorites are Submit (pale nude), Encounter (medium red), Kontrol (cool dark violet), Apocalips (teal), Salacious (rich dark berry).
All in all, I can fully recommend them.

I decided to purchase my first Illamasqua lipstick. I have loads of red lipsticks but ended up playing it safe and ordering another one. I'm honestly really impressed. Their lipsticks are a good mix between matte and gloss. I find I have problems with matte being too dry and glossy type lipsticks being overly creamy so that they end up over your teeth and half way up your face. This lipstick is a great in between.
