I use this cake liner every single day for my cat eye. I use it wet with an angled sable liner brush for a crisp, clean line. Plus the compact lasts forever.

you can use it either dry or wet :)
and when you use the sealing gel its amazing it doesnt move it doesnt smudge and its uber vibrant :D
