So thick and blendable! Lasts for a very long time too, since you only need a TINY amount of product for it to work. My only complaint would be that when I use it in oily areas, it rubs or sweats off easily because it is so thick. But other than that, I LOVE IT. Great for under eyes too!
I have some really bad scars, and I wanted to cover them up for prom, but I didn't have much money to spend on a heavy duty concealer. They're pretty bad scars, they're like pink and stuff, and you couldn't even see them under one or two coats of this. It's amazing. One thing I don't like is that they don't have many color options. If you're really dark skinned, this may not be for you. Also, the price is just amazing.
When it SAYS "Heavy duty" it MEANS heavy duty!
I seriously think this is the best concealer ever, no joke. It covers EVERYTHING and I do mean everything. I find that a little goes a long way with this and the tube will last you forever. I've had this for about 2 months now and it still looks brand new. I think I will continue to repurchase this for well...until they stop making this!
I love this concealer its really a full coverage its just amazing how it covers my pimpes and my dark circles. Since i started to use it my sister-in-law liked it so she went to buy one herself. I have no complains about it but sometimes its really bad to find one. But the good thing its that a little goes a long way.
i love this concealer its really full coverage but its not for every one im soo glad it worked for me i bought this in the color tan because the medium was sold out... i was scared that it was going to be to dark but its perfect for my mac nc40 complexion.
It's pretty good.
I've used it a couple times in the summer and it's definately not heavy duty for this kinda weather BUT I must say other times it worked better. It does have a strange colour that makes me look slightly greyish or greenish...not sure exactly what that is but it does cover up everything very well. They should just help our tanned/darker skinned sistas and make something just a tad darker.
Most reached for drugstore concealer.
Hard Candy Heavy Duty Concealer is the best drugstore concealer in my opinion. A lot of people say this is a great substitute for Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer, and some say they're dupes. The texture is very creamy, and smoothes very well into the skin. However it does attach to dry patches of skin. The concealer has a cream-like liquid consistancy (thick liquid). It's very opacque and highly pigmented. The coverage is definatly full, this concealer covers almost everything. The concealer pen was very suprising, it matchs the conealer perfectly and they blend so well together, and the pencil is full coverage as well. The best way to put it is "its like the concealer in a pencil form", everythings the same. I recommend this product to everyone looking for a cheap, full coverage concealer that gets the job done.
Do I recommend it, yes! But not for daily use.
I like this product but not for everyday use. The coverage is great and this thick cream last a long time. This is my go to concealer for special occasions or night out, but not for everyday. I do find that with some foundation and powders is will crease and its hit or miss as to what combinations work and what ones don't. Do i recommend it, yes!
The Best Coverage From The Drugstore
I pretty much am in love with all Hard Candy products and this one is no exception. It covers EVERYTHING. It is super thick, but so easy to work with and a little bit of this stuff goes a really long way. You get a ton of product for around six bucks. The only downside is there are only three shades of this concealer so many will not be able to find their perfect color match, unfortunately.
Works very well as an eye shadow primer
I don't use this often under my eyes because it does tend to settle into fine lines pretty bad, however it works very well as an eye shadow primer. The coverage is excellent. It's thick, but easy to blend and doesn't dry too quickly. They don't have much of a shade selection, but "medium" is perfect for me.
