Lip Balm Smooth Sphere
Honestly, the EOS lip balms are a bit overrated. They did a good job with marketing and they're definitely an attractive product, to say the least. They're very addicting and the flavors are a treat, which makes you just want to lick your lips, reapply, lick your lips, reapply.
However, it is overpriced. $3 for a single lip balm. I understand, as a little goes a very long way which helps it with the fact that it takes absolutely ages to flatten completely. I got the Strawberry Sorbet flavor, and I love it.
Another problem I have with this product is that I discovered freak breakouts around my mouth, which hadn't appeared before using this product. I discontinued use for a while and the breakouts died down greatly.
It's very moisturizing, but the moisture is temporary. You will need to reapply often, which most people don't mind due to the fact that it's absolutely delicious, however I don't have the patience to reapply lip balm every 10 minutes.
I would recommend this product because the good overrides the bad, but do keep in mind the downfalls.
I love eos they are so cute but they are not very moisturizing. I feel they could give better moisture to really chapped lips but if your lips arent to chapped they work well. I say it gives a good amount of lip balm. Overall i think they are okay.
Cute! But doesn't help
I have extremely dry lips and this Chapstick does not help me at all.. It's really cute though! It only helped me for a little while then they got really chapped again
I'm purely judging it on the smell, I purchased eos balm about 2 weeks ago and I haven't used it yet as I'm finishing off my Palmers stick. it smells fantastic but I hope it's as good as it smells.
Good, not Great
The main reason I like this brand is because they have some really nice flavors... As far as treating chapped lips goes, they are just average. Not going to cut it during the harsh winter months - unless you're a fan of constant reapplying.
Lemon chapstick makes me happy. I have used chapstick that held the moisture longer but the flavors were just the same old thing. Lemon and raspberry pomegranate are a nice change of pace.
I am surprised at how good it is
At first I had my doubts, but then j saw some girls bring it to school and I was like what the heck I will just tries it. So I bought it and it made my lips more soft and smooth
i dont understand the hype. this what in my list of crappy chapsticks i've used. i purchased 3 of them thinking god knows what they are (magic???!) ya... no. these did nothing for my lips. i feel like i just had a waxy layer on my lips. nothing. i'd recommend softlips, great drugstore lipbalm.
I'm sorry but this is one of the worse chapsticks I've ever used hands down. I live in Delaware where it's cold so my lips are always chap within 5 minutes I needed more. junk I'm sorry to much hype around this product
