Use it every day
I LOVE this thing. I have very dry lips - no matter how much chapstick I slap on they seem to always be cracked or full of dry skin. I use this EVERY DAY before applying my lipstick and it is a miracle worker. I use it before I start foundation - then throw some carmex or Nivea balm on and let it sit while I do the rest of my make up. It gets off all the dead skin and really smooths them out. & make your lips look a little fuller in the process
