Product was aweful. Mine were too hard and wouldn't even pick up on a brush. I had to break it up and mix it to remoisten it. In the end...I threw it away. Good thing it was super cheap.

Really great eyeliner

I've only tried drugstore gel liners but so far this is the best! It's much creamier and easier to use than some others. However part of me wishes this was just slightly harder to work with so I could get it on my waterline better :P The staying power is really really good though and the pigmentation is great. Definitely a re-buy!

Love love love

I love this eyeliner. I had first started using cream liner when I purchased coastal scents cream liner and I wasnt such a fan. I decided to give it another try and bought the elf cream liner, I LOVE IT! not only is the packaging a lot different from coastal scents but the consistency of the cream is nice rich and thick!

It's my first cream liner and I'm loving it so far. Still need to practice with it some more, but I like that it's long-lasting and doesn't smudge. It's a great product and would totally recommend it to anyone!

I love the cream eyeliner. At first I didn't believe it wouldn't smudge, or sweat off, or budge. But I tried it on my hand and I was impressed as hard as I rubbed it it wwould come off the I tried to wash it and it was still there. I really love this and the price is great too $3.00 . Wuts not to love : )

Such a steal at $3!

I bought this product about a month ago and ever since first using it I can't go back to stick eyeliner or liquid. This eyeliner goes on really smoothly and isn't flaky and doesn't smudge. And what else do you really want in an eyeliner? It makes doing eye make up so easy. I definitely love it and will continue to use it.

Don't Even Bother

I bought a couple of these hoping that the ELF hit and miss would be in my favor and NOTHING! These are streaky and smear everywhere! Overly creamy which makes it difficult to apply and nice, opaque line. Save your money and purchase the Wet N Wild Cream Eyeliner instead... WAY BETTER PRODUCT!

I love this. My favorite Cream Eyeliner. So creamy and easy to put on, no smearing!!! It stays on for a while. AND on 3 dollars :)) you guys should totally check it out.

Above Average for price

It glides on so smoothly and lasts through anything! Especially for the price, it's a good buy. I like this better than my Maybelline gel liner which dried up fairly quickly. This has lasted me 4 months at least and has not changed since I opened the product.

When you first get it, it works just fine. Not that creamy, but enough to work and do what you need it to do. But you have to work with it a little more because it's on the dry said. With that said, very quickly does it dry out.
