Amazing
This is the only eyelid primer that I use, 1 because it's cheaper and 2 it actually is good quality. For $1 I can wear a dramatic eye or my natural eye look and either way it would last so I could never see myself paying for Urban Decay's Primer potion when I can get this one with the same quality and now E.L.F has a selection of colors (sheer, pearl, golden and champagne) which is even better!
Liked it, don't LOVE it.
I’ve been trying this out for about a week and a half now, and overall, I’m impressed. It performs really well for something that was only $1.00, and I was getting ready to say it beat my holy grail primer, Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
But then I spent a few hours outside in the heat, and my oily eyelids struck once more and this creased on me.
Still, this is a great everyday option for me, if all I am doing is hanging out inside, or at work. Save the TFSS for a special day (or when I’ll be outside a lot), use this all the other times.
This really compares to UDPP to me. It performs on me just as well (I have issues with creasing with that as well).
similar to urban decay primer potion
after hearing about this product on youtube from a few gurus, i was looking through target's E.L.F. section and decided to pick it up. my urban decay primer potion had been drying up anyway after about 6 months and this was only a dollar, so i figured, why not? i like the applicator better than the UDPP because it was easier to put more product on your eyes. overall, i love this primer!
Good For A Dollar
This primer reminded me of the Hard Candy EyePrimer, because it was very oily. I not a big fan of that, but for a dollar, nothing couldn't go wrong. "You get what you paid for"
amazing for the price !!!
one of the best primers ive used and only for a dollar what a steal i def recomend getting this! one of the few items that i acually like from elf this is a must have!
Great for the price! But it has a tint!
I love this primer! it keeps my eyeshadows on almost all day and is only a dollar! The only downside is that is has a bit of a white tint to it which is very noticeable on darker skin like mine. It also changes the color a bit if you don't pack it on. Quick Tip!: Add some of your foundation to it to make it invisible on your skin!
For $1 its good but for my eyes it did not work at all,i have oily lids and it didnt take a hour for the crease to start, so i will not be using this product for other than tutorials cause it just dont work on me.
Great Primer!
I purchased this primer a week ago. I really like how it goes on very smooth, I haven't experienced any creasing, the colors are more pigmented as with other primers. You really can't go wrong with such a great product that's only $1!!! I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for an eyeshadow primer that's inexpensive and actually works.
only primer I use.
I bought this with no high hopes and just wanted to see if it worked at all. I've always used foundation as an eyelid primer. Well this stuff works great, my Eyeshadows are more pigmented and they don't crease at all. And my eye makeup lasts all day and I've even slept in my makeup to wake up and everything is in place. To me its a great product and I'll continue to buy it.
Used to not like it but now I do!
At first I didn't like this primer, or any primer, because I am a monolid and I didn't think it really made a difference in how long my shadow lasted, but now that I've used it more and experienced it more I am truely in love with this. Even though I am a monolid this makes my shadow last way longer than it normally would. it definitely does not crease as soon as it normally would. I would definitely recommend this because it works for me and it's only $1! Can't get much cheaper than that. I don't spend much on eye primers simply because since I am a monolid and my skin tends to be oily a lot my shadows usually don't take long to crease anyways. But I do like this primer!
