Like It A lot
I must said that I have a very oily eyelid and this primer works for me very good, is not so perfect like other expensive brands, but for $1 it does a very good job. I use it for everyday look and my shadows stay for a very long time.
so far so good
I got this last week and although I was happy with how it came (looked like it had already been used but that's impossible, comes sealed!) however, it's doing a pretty good job! I usually use UD primer potion but i'm quickly running out! ELF's isn't as thick but has quite a tacky texture which is really good to sticking to eyeshadow
At least it does it's job
I really like this eyelid primer, I think it could be more effective but well for 1$ you can't expect a amazing primer.
Well, I recommend it for the ones who are starting doing make up and if you use it already and you like it, just keep going, it's what I'm doing. ;D
Good for the price
You cant beat $1 primer that's for sure !! I really didn't like the texture of this product, I found it a bit oily and didn't really see any improvements. Its alright for a basic primer but I wouldn't recommend using it for rich eye shadows.
Its pretty good for the price, I dont have the budget to keep buying UDPP everytime. So in between I get this one, and there isnt too much of a difference, although I do sometimes use it with a MAC paint pot, before I use eyeshadow, but even without the paint pot I do notice that my eyeshadow stays longer!
For the price, this is a fantastic primer!
I have used the Urban Decay primer potion for a long time. I love it but it can be really expensive after a while. I was looking for a cheaper alternative so I decided to give this a try. I think that for $1,it works amazing. IT prevents creasing and it makes my eyeshadow stay put all day. It doesn't as good as the UDPP, but it works almost the same. I would say that UDPP works only slightly better. The $17 price difference definitely makes it worth it.
Not great but not terrible.
The consistency of this primer is very oily. I find this doesn't make my eyeshadow brighter, but it does sort of help it to stay longer.. maybe an hour longer then usual. Not a great product, but not terrible. I usually pair it with the NYX Eyeshadow Base in Pearl.
perfect except for vibrancy
it's easy to use and cheap and keeps your eyeshadow in place without creasing.
the only thing is that it might be different for you since as they say, each elf product is different, and mine didn't make the colors pop like urban decay's primer potion did
