Its pretty good for the price, I dont have the budget to keep buying UDPP everytime. So in between I get this one, and there isnt too much of a difference, although I do sometimes use it with a MAC paint pot, before I use eyeshadow, but even without the paint pot I do notice that my eyeshadow stays longer!
For the price, this is a fantastic primer!
I have used the Urban Decay primer potion for a long time. I love it but it can be really expensive after a while. I was looking for a cheaper alternative so I decided to give this a try. I think that for $1,it works amazing. IT prevents creasing and it makes my eyeshadow stay put all day. It doesn't as good as the UDPP, but it works almost the same. I would say that UDPP works only slightly better. The $17 price difference definitely makes it worth it.
Good for a beginner...
if you are a beginner i would def recommend this product. it does do the job but not for all day wear. it is very sheer and gets rid of the creases or wrinkles in the lid.
Not great but not terrible.
The consistency of this primer is very oily. I find this doesn't make my eyeshadow brighter, but it does sort of help it to stay longer.. maybe an hour longer then usual. Not a great product, but not terrible. I usually pair it with the NYX Eyeshadow Base in Pearl.

Like this but
I like the product somewhat, my eyeshadow tends to stay on a bit longer with this on but I really don't like the consistency of the product, I'm used to my Mary Kay Eye Primer and I really don't like the consistency of ELF's primer.
perfect except for vibrancy
it's easy to use and cheap and keeps your eyeshadow in place without creasing.
the only thing is that it might be different for you since as they say, each elf product is different, and mine didn't make the colors pop like urban decay's primer potion did
Like it!
I like this primer. It helps my eyeshadows stay on much longer withoout creasing and shades are much more intensive. It is very cheap and so definitely advise you to try this.
awesome
this was my first eyelid primer ever, and i gotta say, the difference is amazing! and friends who use mac and other expensive brands and they say it's as good or better... it feels like silk and it's soft and creamy so it blends in effortlessly, elf is my new favorite, i replaced almost everything i had before, i gave it all away except my most favored products
Adore it.
Honestly, this works better then UDPP for me. I bought this when I saw it at Kmart, because I was out of primer and figured if I can get away with paying a dollar for it, I was just winning. OH MY GOODNESS. I love it. It keeps my shadow and concealer on all day when I use it on my lid and under my eye. I bought one for my mom and even she said she could see a difference between when she did and didn't wear this.
