I was inspired by the Desert from the movie, "The Mummy" that i watched last night. ****Note: I applied e.l.f. Eyebrow Lifter and Filler in Dark to my eyebrows before i completed my eye look**** 1. Apply your favorite eyelid primer to your eyes. I used the e.l.f. eyelid primer and i applied a brown cream eyeshadow as a base. I applied it only to the lid and just up to the crease. I used the e.l.f. Duo Eye Shadow Cream in Coffee and Cream. 2. Next, use a medium toned matte brown eye shadow to blend out the harsh line of the cream shadow and blended that color up to the brow bone. I used the bottom left color from the e.l.f. Studio Bronzer in Cool. 3. Apply a Dark Brown Bronze eye shadow to where you applied the cream shadow. I used the brown from the e.l.f. duo eye shadow. It came from a collection piece limited to Spring 2011. 4. Apply a shimmery white eye shadow as a highlight. I applied it to my inner corners and my brow bone. I used the e.l.f. Studio Eye Shadow in Sand Dollar. 5. Apply your favorite black eyeliner to your eyes and wing out. I wanted to make it more dramatic than normal but if you want to tone it down you can. I was going out with this look so i did not want to look too crazy. I used e.l.f. Liquid eyeliner in Black. 6. Then apply the Dark brown bronze eye shadow to my lower lash line. I used the same color from the e.l.f. Duo Eye Shadow. 7. Next, apply a black pencil eyeliner to the upper and lower lash line. I used the L'Oreal Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner. 8. Curl and apply your favorite black mascara. I don't like applying false lashes to my everyday looks but feel free to. And yes, i don't have long lashes but i still love them no matter what. Your Desert look is complete! It's extremely simple and goes well with a bronzed out face. know my camera isn't ideal so the quality isn't the best but my look is a lot more colorful in person. I hope you enjoy the look.
