I'm in love with this! Black Honey almost lipstick is my first Clinique purchase, and it's sooo gorgeous, I love the way it looks. I usually stray away from darker lip colors but it's so flattering and really looks great on everyone. The only thing I don't love (for me) is that it isn't super moisturizing, so I wear it with some lipbalm underneath. Otherwise it's perfect.
First lip color that I've foun that can actually work on ANY skin tone!
I was introduced to this product by my girlfriend...maybe she got tired of me complaining about my inability to find a lipstick that wasn't sticky or heavy. She brought me this as part of my Christmas gift one year and I was never so happy with a product. I very rarely wear lipstick, I just hate the way it feels on my lips but this stuff is amazing and the color is just beautiful! I have very pink lips and this color looks beautiful and makes them just dark enough to complement any eyeshadow look I chose for that day and it feels just light enough that I forget I'm even wearing anything on my lips until someone asks me about the color. I Love this product!
Black Honey is great!
I love the almost lipstick in black honey! It gives the lips such a beautiful color, and it looks good with every single skin tone! I feel like this product stays on my lips all day, and it never dries them out. It gives sort of a different color to everyone. It turned bright red on me, but it went darker on my mom. This is just so great and I could rave about it for hours. But instead, why don't you just buy it to save the time? :)
Fantastic for all skin tones
I’m finding it very hard to find something negative to write about the Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. It has great pigmentation for all skin types and lip pigmentation. It’s incredibly moisturizing and bereft of any annoying scent. The packaging is sleek with a nice cap that never comes off. The price is incredibly reasonable. There have been years when it is the only lip product I possessed in my makeup stash. Though my tastes have broadened through the years, I’ll always go back to this product.
my absolute favorite
there is no better color, it works on ALL skin tones and it lasts a while, there is not one person i've met who tried it didn't like it or didn't look good in it

amazing black honey
The shade looks great if I just apply a single swipe to my lips. But, if I layer it, I get this gorgeous glossy deep berry lip shade which i love. When i photograph it, it actually looks like more of a brownish burgundy( which is nice). It moisturizes, feels good, is very inexpensive, and a true classic. It's worth it, so even if you don't like darker lip colors, you'll be hooked on this stuff!

Good old Black Honey!
I have been wearing black honey almost lipstick on and off for about 15 years. It is a great go to - not too sheer not too moderate - just a great shiny tinted hybrid!
Black Honey is in the berry family. It looks intimidating in the tube but once it is on, you too, will fall in love. This is one of those shades for everyone. It never gets sticky, it will not run off, It has staying power not staining power! I find it super smoothing and since I tend to wear more eye makeup during the holidays, this is a nice way to pull my look together without looking hard or overdone. The vessel is a thin long tube with a traditional swivel base, easy to carry and the cap stays tight.
I highly recommend this product to everyone.
It receives a full 5 stars because the quality of ingredients, shade for everyone, good vessel and price.

I am very fair and tend to stick to lip colors that are close to my natural lip color. I've always wanted to find a red or berry shade, but every time I would try one it would just look horrible on me. Black Honey, on the other hand, is absolutely gorgeous! It gives the most beautiful sheer wash of a berry color on your lips. Plus, you can build the color up a little bit to make it a deeper wash of color. I also love the way this product feels on the lips. It feels like a smooth lip balm. I just love it! Can't say enough good things about this product! Plus, the $14 price tag isn't too bad for such an amazing quality lip product.
