The best thing I have tried so far for my acne.
I recently got my paws on this set and I've been using it for about 2-3 months. So far, It has helped a ton compared to other acne systems I have tried but of course is has yet to completely cure my acne for good but at the same time, that is probably my fault. The type of acne I have is affected by hormones, what I eat, and what I put on my face so for me, nothing will completely cure my acne unless I'm exercising, watching what goes on my face, and eating healthy which I have to admit, I'm not always so great at doing. If you have acne like mine then I'd say this will help cure the worst parts of your acne. This system also seemed to break my face out for the first couple of days (maybe for a week) but then everything just slowly started to disappear so I'm going to assume it is the type of acne system that breaks your face out a tad just before it starts to show that its working, which isn't always bad and it didn't bother me but I wouldn't recommend this for a quick overnight fix or anything like that. It takes some time to work and takes commitment and of course, you have to use it as directed. It did dry my face out a little at first but that was fixed with lowering the dosage of the Clearing Moisturizer. Overall This product was very kind to me and I was not disappointed. I would probably buy it again and I would also recommend giving it a try.

Amazing :)
With my combination skin (oily T-zone and dry/sensitive cheeks) it can be hard to find the right product. The Clinique Acne Solutions Set not only helps calm my skin of irritation and breakouts, but prevents them from coming back. Now obviously my acne hasn't totally vanished forever...but I know for a fact my skin would be much worse without it, The first step: the foam cleanser, is by far my favorite part. I tie my hair back and gently buff the foam into my skin with my fingertips. After rinsing my face I immediately feel refreshed and clean. The second step: the exfoliator, I apply with a cottonball and sweep across all areas of my face to remove any dead skin or makeup i might have missed. (DO NOT GET NEAR EYES) I try to only use this product around oily surfaces on my face, as it can dry up my already sensitive skin. Finally the third step: the moisturizer. This is probably one of my all time favorite moisturizers ever. Its light coverage and non-oily texture leaves me feeling fresh and ready for makeup or bed. The entire process can only be compared to having a just started a fresh piece of spearmint-gum. You instantly feel refreshed and clean;the only difference is the good feeling doesn't fade. :)
AMAZING STUFF
Before using this, I constantly had 3-5 pimples on my face. They would always appear in the same spots, and they would take WEEKS to totally clear up. At the time, I had just started using proactiv. After 2 months of seeing no results with proactiv, I decided to try this system. After just 5 days, there was a noticeable difference in my acne. My cheeks were less red, and the pimples were almost gone. The moisturizer was very drying, so I switched to using the Clinique moisturizer in the mornings and my old moisturizer at night. Other than that, I have no complaints. I have been using it for about a month now, and my face is totally clear of acne. I also noticed a reduction in the redness on my cheeks.
Quick results, non drying.
Ok, having tried every acne method out there, this one was the best I've ever used. My acne is now clear but I still continue to use this when I get my monthly occasional breakouts. I like that it has salicylic acid. It's much more gentle and wont stain youre towels white! But the system delivers results. That's my biggest reccomendation to anyone considering purchase. You need all 3 steps, because thats what delivers the most powerful results. Also it's a very resonable price, I believe it's 61.50 for all three. It may dry a little bit after the first week of initial use, but nothing that you can't stand or that becomes bothersome. I noticed my skin getting more clear and smoother by 2 weeks into treatment. Also, other people noticed and complemented my skin, which we all know is the best compliment out there! It totally wiped out my breakouts! The only resaon I give 4 1/2 stars is because I've heard from some people that it stops working or "plateaus" after so long. I never had that issue. I strongly reccomend.
Good Stuff
I really enjoyed these products. I had a breakout from some Neutrogena acne cream I was using. My skin is oily and I didn't realize that the lotion I was using was just adding on to the oiliness of my skin. My aunt recommended that I use the Clinique Acne System and a few days after I started I noticed results. I had little bumps on my cheeks that went away after a few weeks. The bumps on my forehead are still clearing up great. I have dark spots from old acne scars which I use the Clinique Even Better for. I would definitely recommend these products for breakouts.
saves my life
it can be drying, so I don't use it everyday. i use the lotion as a spot treatment. This really works for when you're really broken out. Just use a gentle moisturizer with it so you don't dry out.
Clears You Up and Dries You Out
Even at my oiliest this dried me out This made my skin so sensitive and sore. I eventually had to stop using this completely. This cleared up my skin but the consequences weren't worth it.
WIll Never Use Anything Else!
I was the epitome of bad skin. I had used AcneClear, Clearisil, Neutragenia, the list goes on and on and on. NOTHING would even touch my acne! I was even on prescription creams and pills. As a last ditch effort, I tried this and that same day something just felt different about my skin - clean and fresh and revitalized. Within 2 weeks all of the old acne was gone and the redness was going away. Now, it is over a month later and I am STILL blemish free! I am finally proud to wear my skin with no foundation or concealer! I will use this product for the rest of my life!
