High Pigment Pencils

I never used to wear eyeliner because I couldn't seem to get the hang of applying a line thin enough. This pencil is firm enough that it makes it easy to apply, but it's still easy to blend, and it really lasts when used with a good lid primer followed by a light dusting of blu_ray pressed powder after application.

I got the brown pencil as part of the 7 in 7 kit, in light/medium. This kit is sold out in light on their website, but you can still the warm/medium kit online. I struggle to keep my Cargo liner, well, in line. I've tried to set it with black eye shaddow but it just likes to move around. While the heavy pigment is nice, it's only nice when it's on your eyes- not all over your hands, outfit, boyfriend, etc. I really love how thin the pencils are- makes for easy application. And finding a true black is tricky enough, so I think I'll just tough it out and carry some q-tips from now on.
