Beauty Product Reviews

Great for every day use if your skin doesn't need too much product. I just use this along with concealer and powder and I'm set. It doesn't leave my face looking cakey like the way foundation does. The only con to this is that the product is pretty runny. All in all, it's a great product for what it's worth.

Perfect red!

I'd been searching for the perfect red for the longest. Some were either too bright or too dark, but this one complemented my skin tone(NC35) just well. It's creamy and not drying at all. All proceeds of the Viva Glam lipsticks goes towards the HIV/AIDS foundation, so I feel really good for using and purchasing this product (:

This is great if you're a beginner and don't have many shadows in your collection. Their are a variety of colors so you can create endless looks. Some shadows are a bit too powdery, but as long as you use a base they stick fine. Some shadows are nice swatched, but if you really want a color to show up on your eye, you must use a base and pack on the color very well.

I am a big fan of MAC eye shadows! Their color payoff are wonderful, especially if you the right base for a certain color. I'm a big sucker for the matte, matte^2, and frost shadows. However, I HATE their lustre shadows. The colors are really nice when swatched, but I can't seem to use them because the large specks of sparkle seems to bleh to me. All in all, they're worth the $11-14 (:

LOVE OPI nail polishes!

They brush size is perfect along with the consistency of the polish. They have an assortment of colors and finishes. I typically use 2 coats (3, if it's sheer) per nail and it stays put for a max of 10 days. Kind of pricey, but for the amount and wear of it, totally worth it.

In my opinion, this is better than Urban Decay's Primer Potion. I like that it comes in a needle nose squeeze tube (Although I've noticed that UD has came out with one) and the formula is too thick. A little really goes a long way. Keeps my eyelids matte and my shadows vibrant and crease-free.

Best eyeliner I've used thus far (:

I have both in Ransom and Zero. Like how I can use them as a base color. They stay really well. Sometimes fade, but not too noticeable where I'd have to touch up on it.

Palette is very sturdy and attractive. Only thing I do not like about it is that the rubber seal tends to get really dirty quick. I only keep two blushes in it, so if the palette were to drop ever so slightly, the blushes will shift and may crack.

I have the infamous Orgasm (: I received this as a gift from my sister for my 16th birthday and loved it! Only thing about it is that I'm not a big fan of shimmery blushes. So I only wear this when I want my cheeks to have a nice golden glow.
