Thank You so much! My hair is a crazy beast. Sometimes it looks soooo dark, sometime it looks very light. It is crazy because my Mom has the most gorgeous Jet Black Straight hair naturally! She is Asian :) I am not above a little hair dye once in a great blue moon but not for color, I like how hair dye makes my hair porous, which in turn leads to better volume (in my opinion). <3<3

Oh nice! I didn't know hair dye did that, thanks for letting me know. My hair is sooo thin and lacks volume, so when I dye it (I want it black!) thats an added bonus. Which dye do you recommend? And I'm jealous, Asian hair is lovely :)

YESS! I am so jealous of my moms hair. I always complain because I got my dads hair, yet my mom and I are twins!!! Why couldn't that hair get on my head?! lol! I have always been partial to Revlon Colorsilk #10. It is black. Not blue black, just regular black. In NYC it costs $3.29 a box, which is ridiculously reasonable compared to all the rest. I used to have to buy two boxes for my long/thick hair, but i recently cut 12in off to donate it for kids with cancer and one box is doing the trick :)
