Light coverage no moisture.
I really wouldn't call it a moisturizer since it's like a "moose" texture that kind dries to powder. It has a very nice coverage too, for it to be a tinted moisturizer. Also very natural looking. And only for it to be 3$ well worth it. But you should definitely moisturize with another product before using it.

It moisturizes so well. If your likes are chapped and peeling this will surely resolve the issue. Long lasting too. It has a very strong smell and taste but you'll get use to it. It's not overbearing though. It's classic.
