Hey I'm Tiara ! I'm currently in school for cosmo so I was super excited when I found this page. I am an aspiring make up artist I should be certified in about 7 months super excited about that also. I live in Cincinnati, OH Looking to move out west when I finish school and go back to school for make up of course.
