Draw and colour-in an image you find (if you're not a great drawer then you could maybe trace the image)
Then find a nice/cute/heartfelt quote off the internet and write it next to the image.
Next buy a wooden frame from the $2 store and presto, you have yourself a quick inexpensive heartfelt gift.
