I seem to hoard them (i have over 10 atm lol) but mainly either a really fine artist brush or a smallish stiff angled brush the most I'd say. I also really like Loreal Linuer Intense, always go back to it!
Thanks doll!, besides doing it all the time (I used to wear winged liner in some colour pretty much everyday) having something to rest your elbow on is probably the best tip I could give you. (But I know most people are likely to suggest that)
