The color I use is called Purple Haze, and it's from Manic Panic. :)

Nope, it's a stain, it'll wash out. If your hair is healthy, it will most likely fade away completely (eventually). If your hair is damaged (due to bleach, etc.) it will leave a slight tint of color on your hair, even after washing it a bajillion times.

Thank you! I had to bleach it three times to get it blonde enough, then I used a stain from Manic Panic. The purple color took to my hair the first time, but it fades after two or three washes. So I re-stain it every couple of weeks. :)
