This was a practice run for my sister's prom makeup. I first primed her eyelids, then put down a purple cream base one the inner 2/3 of her eye and a black cream base on the outer 1/3 of her eye. I then took a bright purple eye shadow over the purple base and a black eye shadow over the black base and blended. to top it off added purple sparkles, eyeliner, and mascara.
