It's white, sometimes I accidentally overtone it a bit with purple shampoo so ital be a a little white/blue/grey sometimes x but it's definitely a process. I use a 30 vol cream developer, Olaplex is a MUST when bleaching, I also use quick white bleach powder & a violet toner mixed in. I usually have to bleach twice to get to a pale yellow, then I tone with Wella T18 toner(: & touch up with shimmer lights purple shampoo 💜
