Since your already at a yellowish blonde, I'd bleach it one more time with a 30 vol developer until it's a pale yellow (like the inside of a banana peel) and then use Wella t18 toner mixed with a 20 volume developer (: ital be white💜💜

Finally someone with roots lol
My hair is a yellowish blonde kinda brassy. I want white/silver hair but I don't want to bleach my roots, what volume developer do you think I should use? I haven't bleached it in a month or two do you think I will damage my hair a lot?
