They are beautiful.. I'm trying to grow mines out, but they are too damaged from the fake nails... Idk where to start

I know it :-/ I had fake nails for 1 year and half. My nails looked horrible after it. It ran cca 6 months I was getting my nails together. I still wear short nails and I polished only exceptionally. And I used nail cream for nutrition. Now it´s great. Fake nails nevermore! :-)
