I used the Dip Dye method, tutorial at youtube.com/user/wickednailsrylee. I used Kleancolor Funky Yellow; Orly Fancy Fuchsia, Frolic, Melt Your Popsicle, and Skinny Dip; and Piggy Polish Buzz. Done using customized brush from craft store.
