You could try doing your foundation first? There is also a product that is a semicircle sort of sheet that you can put on your cheeks to collect any fallout, but at the moment, I'm not sure what it's called.

I always do my eyes first, so that I can use a baby wipe to clean up the fallout and clean up the edges with a q-tip for perfect lines. Then I put on my foundation so that when I wipe up the fallout so I don't wipe off my foundation.
