I created this looking using the sedona lace 120 palette, an elf beauty book, and visine to make my own liquid eyeliner. I'm a beginning mua and makeup is expensive, so for you budget conscious beautyholics try mixing any of you fave eyeshadows with visine. Experiment with the ratio until you reach the desire result. *Warning: eyeshadow will not dry back to normal, do not mix in your pans. Remove a small amount of shadow and mix separately.
