Did this on my friend for her halloween costume
I used Ben Nye black liquid paint to draw and fill in the bat wing and then outlined the whole wing with Wet n' Wild H20 proof liquid eyeliner. On the lid I faded from a black to light greyish blue to yellow eyeshadow.
