Same as other photo, just eyes open :) I used shadow to line my waterline and matched the colors I used on top. Inspiration from Eimear B. Check her out.. hope I spelled her name right! :) I tagged the elf palette because it has similar colors but I actually used the FASH palette, found on amazon for less then 20.00!
