Do you have a tutorial on this look? I really want to see how to do this. It's sooo pretty. I also have a question. I notice you outline upper and lower eye, doesn't that make the eye look smaller? I always hear that, but I love how this looks.

I don't line my lower lashes, I just use mascara on them. Yes, it can make the eye look smaller but it can also give a sultry look.
